Short-Term Rental Terms & Conditions Reservations & Payment A reservation is confirmed once payment has been made. Cancellation & Refund Policy Free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date. No refund for cancellations made after this period. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 4:00 PM Check-out: By 12:00 PM Any arrival outside the agreed hours must be arranged in advance. Occupancy Rules The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Use of the Premises The accommodation is strictly for residential use only. Any commercial activity is strictly prohibited. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The owner is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to tenants' personal belongings. It is recommended that tenants take out insurance to cover their personal belongings and any potential damages. Force Majeure In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) preventing the rental, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund. In case of disputes, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts at the owner's place of residence.
